There are always plenty of details to figure out in preparation of a trip or event. Whether you want us to take care of the entire event, or just a part of it, we are flexible to meet whatever needs you may have. We can take care of A to Z and anything in between.

NEEDS ANALYSIS:

What do you wish to accomplish? Who is the target group? How much time do you have? How big is the budget? We won't sell you a Mercedes, if what you want and need is a Toyota.

CHOOSING THE DESTINATION:

Where does it make sense to travel to, and what type of activities will give you the results you are aiming for?

PREPARATION:

Composing a project description with a schedule and overview of all details and logistics.

BUDGET:

We will of course stick to the budget and keep you continuously updated on any expenses and provide you with a full overview if requested. Our goal is always to get as much as possible for our customers from the money spent.

INTERNAL MARKETING:

We will assist you with various creative ideas in advance of the event and trip, in order to create enthusiasm and unison towards common goals.

VISUAL IDENTITY:

We can also provide you with text and design of invitations and programs in line with the company's/organization's visual identity, if desired.

RSVPs:

We welcome submissions and keeps track of all needs, be it vegetarian, allergies, extra long beds, fear of heights or otherwise.

CAPACITY:

We have at all times an overview of the capacity of hotels and flights, and we will find the most optimal flight connections.

TRANSPORT:

We make sure the journey is a pleasurable experience, and the fastest way is not necessarily best. We will provide you with the best flight connection. If necessary, we will charter a train or airplane. On occasion even boat or bus can be a good alternative.

HOTELS:

The hotel must have a good location, the right infrastructure (such as the right number of rooms, conference rooms, service facilities.) We will make sure of a swift in checking and luggage delivery. We organize welcome gifts for each room and make sure that any meals will be served in accordance with the group's schedule.

MEETING FACILITIES:

We make sure that the right equipment is provided, whether the meeting is held in a tent out in the forest, in a large hotel or in a mountain cabin.

SPEAKERS AND ENTERTAINERS:

We will find knowledgeable experts, inspirational speakers and famous entertainers, or even instructor who can help the participants create their own entertainment, be it cabaret, a dance show or a new take on "Norway's Got Talent."

TECHNIQUE:

We get the necessary equipment for the right price (stage, light, sound and technical equipment) and make sure you don't rent more than you need.

TRANSLATOR:

If you need a translator, whether it be it oral, writing or both, we can provide you with highly skilled translators at a reasonable price.

MEMORIES:

Among the things we can offer are professional photo books, DVD with picture slide show or movies for iPhone, which will preserve the great memories long after the trip has been concluded.
